BuckeEye CAM Benefit Shoot a Success!
Marengo, Ohio - Saturday, August 7, 2010

BuckEye CAM and its Pro-Staff held the second annual bow shoot at the Cardinal Shooting Center. All proceeds from the family oriented event benefited 'Hunter's Helpers', a group that raises money for the American Diabetes Association. In addition to raising funds for the American Diabetes Association, an Ohio soldier from Operation Injured Soldier was selected to go on a fully guided Spring turkey hunt, donated by So. Ohio Outfitters. In an effort to be sure that the soldier was prepared for the hunt, members of BuckEye CAM's Pro - Staff equipped him with necessary hunting gear for the trip.
Attendance for the event was outstanding with most attendees participating in the 25 target - 3-D course. The shoot is geared toward archers of all abilities. Children had an opportunity to work with National Archery in the Schools (NASP) instructor, Jeff Jones from the Miegs School District at no charge. Other activities included: skilled shot competitions, products raffles and the grand prize, Lincoln truck raffle. BuckEye CAM thanks all product sponsors and was extremely proud to have Kip and Kat Campbell of Red Arrow Television present in support of the cause.
BuckEye CAM will continue to operate the benefit on an annual basis and is excited to announce that the Cardinal Shooting Center has agreed to terms for 2011. For more information about the 2011 event visit http://www.buckeyecam.com or if you would like to be a vendor, contact Jesse Roush at
