Meet The Pro-Staff
Aside from all being 'regular & down to earth guys', we're avid hunters who all posess our own unique skill set which helps BuckEye CAM enhance its positive impact on the hunting industry. Our Pro-Staff works extremely well together to help BuckEye CAM continue its tradition of offering the highest quality equipment and support to their clientele by attending shows as well as other events. The Pro-Staff also organizes and operates the annual BuckEye CAM Bow Shoot, a family oriented day usually held in early August, which benefits outdoorsmen with disabilities as well as other charitable causes.
Meet the guys of our BuckEye CAM Pro-Staff and feel free to ask them any questions you may have regarding BuckEye CAM products or up-coming events.
Jesse Roush - Pro Staff President
Washington County, Ohio
Jesse is a life long resident of Washington County in southeastern Ohio, where he began hunting deer and small game at the age of 8 with his trusty .410 shotgun. Over the years, he has expanded his outdoor resume to include bowhunting, turkey hunting, predator hunting, and waterfowling. These days, you will most likely find Jesse sitting in a treestand, hanging one, scouting, or checking trail cameras as bowhunting has become a 365 day a year passion for him.
Jesse has been married to his wife Tracie since September of 2008. He is currently employed by East Resources, Inc. as a Registered Petroleum Landman where he purchases right-of-ways, secures leases, and tackles a host of other land related duties. He is a 2005 graduate of Ohio University in Athens with a BA in Marketing. In April of 2008, Jesse teamed up with representatives of BuckEye Cam to form the BuckEye Cam Pro-Staff whose focus would be the promotion of BuckEye Cam and its products within the local community, as well as the hunting community as a whole.
Greg Fleming - Pro-Staff Vice-President
Washington County, Ohio
Greg joined the BEC Pro-Staff shortly after its creation in 2008. Regarding his involvement with the Pro-Staff, Greg had this to say: “Over the years, people have been generous enough to introduce me to the outdoors and to spend time teaching me things that I could never learn from a book. The knowledge and experience I have gained over the years from being involved in the outdoors is something that should be passed on from generation to generation. By being a member of this Pro-Staff, I hope to pass on some of the information and skills I have learned to future generations, while working to help those that may be less fortunate than me.”
Dale Olbon - Staff Shooter Stark County, Ohio Dale grew up hunting whitetails in Carrollton, Ohio but currently lives with his beautiful wife Linnea and two sons, Michael and Mason in Canton, Ohio. His family has been very supportive of his desire and passion to become the best he can be in the field. Just because the season is over doesn’t mean Dale is out of the woods. With all the work he puts into his properties, his hunting is 365 days a year. He is currently a Sales Manager for a belting manufacturing company and he is co-owner of Liberty Media Group, LLC. Along with his bow, you will always find a video camera tagging along on all of Dale’s hunts, for he loves to capture hunts on film. “To me, it’s just as exciting to be the camera man as it is to be the hunter. I feel like I actually shot that animal too, I just did it with a camera.” Along with all the work that goes into his own hunting, Dale will always make time to mentor others who desire to get involved in the sport.
Ray O'Lenic - Technical Advisor Lucas County, Ohio
Greg has spent his entire hunting career in the woods of Athens and Washington Counties pursuing his favorite game animal, whitetailed deer. Although he has been bowhunting for nearly 15 years, he recently decided to dedicate more of his spare time, and energy, into chasing deer with a bow. He is also working hard to involve his wife Katie in the sport of bowhunting. He and Katie were married in the summer of 2008 and Greg is currently employed by DuPont where he works as a chemical operator. Greg spends the majority of his time shooting, scouting, hanging stands, and preparing for the up and coming bow season here in Southeast Ohio.
Dale has been involved in archery and bow hunting since the age of 11. He credits his love of the outdoors to his father. Dale’s father got him actively involved in shooting local indoor/outdoor archery competitions. The desire to become the best archer he could be soon transferred over to bow hunting. Upon graduation, Dale entered the military where he served our country for 7 years. Soon after his honorable discharge, he picked the bow back up and it has been full speed ahead ever since.
Ray has dedicated the past twenty years to becoming an efficient archer, bow hunter, scouting and pursuing whitetails in the Northwest Ohio area. Exclusively a bow hunter, he focuses on archery, deer hunting and scouting year round. He has been married to his wife Jodi since 1998 and they have two beautiful daughters (Alyson & Lauryn) who also enjoy archery and other outdoor activities. His family’s understanding of his passion has been a large component to his success in the woods due to their willingness to allow him the time to get out and hunt.
He has been employed full time with Sylvania Recreation Corporation as a Program Director since 1993 and enjoys organizing the activities for the residents of the Sylvania community (his home-town).
Ray has been fortunate enough to establish many lasting friendships with other hunters that he has learned from and has been more than willing to assist them in return. He is friendly, dedicated, has solid moral values, strong ethics and is more than willing to help other hunters succeed from all aspects of the sport!
Ray is very appreciative of all of the people who have ever inspired, interested, mentored and continued to push him in a positive direction with bowhunting. Without the support and knowledge-base none of it would have been possible ... and for that he says THANKS!
