Basically, how do Buckeye Cams work? The Orion models have the wireless feature built in to every camera. You operate the cameras in several different modes and you can change modes at anytime. The Apollo models have all the same features as the Orion Models EXCEPT they do not have the built in wireless feature. Click here to learn more Below is an example of an Orion PC Base system with several Orion cameras transmitting to the base. No cell service is used or needed when setup in this manner.  Below is an example of using one of the Orion cameras as a "Portable Base". This gives you the ability to use the wireless feature in areas that you might not be able to use a PC Base System. No cell service is used or needed when setup in this manner.  Below is an example of using all the cameras in what we call "Stand Alone Mode". All the images and videos are stored on a SD card at each camera.  NEW for 2009! Cellular Base (CellBase) is available NOW! The cell base gives you the ability to control your cameras in Texas from your computer in Ohio and all points in between. The cell base will work with all the existing Orion Wireless Cameras so this will be a nice "add on" at anytime! With our cell base system you can control up to 30 cameras with a single base and a single data plan!

Our custom camera software has these features built in making your wireless trail camera experience a pleasant one. Can I control my cameras from my computer? Yes! Completely control up to 30 wireless cameras all from your computer using a PC Base Wireless Camera System. This means you can change all the cam settings right from the computer without visiting the camera! This is great when you don't want anyone seeing where your camera trap is located, or if you are using the wireless cams for research and do not want to disturb the area around the cameras. You can review all your camera pictures and videos right from your computer. You only need one PC Base to operate up to 30 Orion Wireless Cameras Do they have completely invisible infrared flash?
